Set up your account
About your account
Your McLaren Financial Services and Chase accounts are linked, so you can make payments, set up automatic payments and see your account activity.
If you’re not a Chase customer, go to chase.com/enroll to create your McLaren Financial Services account. You’ll need your account number, which will be on your first statement. If you’re already a Chase customer, you’re automatically enrolled and should see your new auto account with your other Chase accounts when you sign in.
Use the same username and password for McLaren Financial Services and Chase.
Download the chase mobile app
Just download the Chase Mobile app on your mobile device and use the same username and password you use on the chase.com website.
Set up automatic payments
1. Go to chase.com
2. Sign in to your account
3. Choose “Pay loan” or “Pay lease” on your auto account
4. Turn on automatic payments by choosing “Set up”
5. Follow the steps to finish setting up your payments
Enroll in paperless billing
Keep in mind: Enrollment can take up to a month to stop receiving paper statements in the mail.
On the Chase Mobile app:
1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to “Account management” and then “Paperless”
3. Turn on paperless billing for your auto account
On your desktop:
1. Go to chase.com
2. Sign in to your account
3. Choose “Profile & settings”
4. Go to “Account management” and then “Paperless”
5. Choose your auto account and then choose “I consent” to turn on paperless billing
Get payment alerts
On the Chase Mobile app:
1. Sign in to your account
2. Choose “Profile & settings”
3. Go to “Manage alerts”
4. Choose your auto account and set up your alerts
On your desktop:
1. Go to chase.com
2. Sign in to your account
3. Choose “Profile & settings”
4. Go to “Alerts” and then “Manage alerts”
5. Go to “Choose alerts,” then choose auto account and set up your alerts
